Terms and Conditions for Offers

The amount paid is non-refundable, but the paid service can be exchanged for other services.
The same client may purchase multiple sessions; however, all sessions must be used within six months from the billing date.
By providing the client’s information (name, phone number, and email) through the online booking form, The Specialized Dental Complex has the right to use this information for future promotions and marketing campaigns.
The client billed under their name and file number is entitled to use the service, or they may transfer it to another person, provided that both are present at the time of transfer.
Offer invoices for packages may be shared by a maximum of two people, meaning the number of sessions under the same invoice can be distributed across two client files.
Offer prices do not include VAT for non-Saudi clients.
The validity period for using the service is six months from the purchase date. No additional discounts can be applied to offers.
Insurance and other discounts are not applicable to offers.
In case of any discrepancy not covered by the above terms, the general terms and conditions of The Specialized Dental Complex shall apply.
Offers apply to licensed general dentists only and do not apply to specialists, unless the specialist chooses to participate based on their assessment of the case.
The cash orthodontic offer applies only to simple cases, with treatment duration ranging from 6 months to 1 year.
Orthodontic offers do not include retainers of any kind after treatment.
The teeth cleaning offer covers simple tartar removal cases only. Prices may vary for more complex cases.
